Small spaces have taught us to think differently.

We’ve spent much of our adult lives living city dwelling and making homes in spaces that weren’t necessarily designed for the way we wanted to live. A small kitchen had to work harder. A narrow bathroom needed to feel bigger than it was. Every inch mattered.

That experience shaped the way we design.

We’re drawn to the challenges that come with remodeling—not as limitations, but as opportunities to find smarter, more unexpected solutions. We look closely at how a space is used, how light moves through it, what can be preserved, what needs to change, and what will make everyday life feel just a little easier.

The result isn’t design for design’s sake. It’s a home that feels considered because it was designed around the people who live there.

As a design-build studio, we carry that thinking all the way through the process, from the first idea to the final detail. We design with an understanding of how things actually get built, and build with a deep respect for the design.
